It's not "Enjoy it while it lasts,"

It's "Be grateful while it lasts."

nothing lasts forever. everything can change in a blink of an eye.

Be grateful for everything while it lasts, that way there will be no regret when things go sideways.

it just bound to happen. we just don't know when.

besides, be grateful also means enjoying it, right? the difference is you won't take it for granted.

if you have a lot of money, you can either choose to enjoy it and spend it all, or you can be grateful for it and using it cold-headedly, while still enjoying it.

if you have a near-home workplace, be grateful and be considerate to those who doesn't have the same privilege.
and so on.
