Kisah Tahu Bulat di Hari Minggu

Tahu Bulat.

digoreng dadakan.

limaratusan, gopekan, gurih-gurih nyoy, wak waw., and many more. *berasa CD lagu kompilasi

menuju arah rumah kangmas, tiba-tiba kangmas bilang, 'lah, lah,' terus ketawa.
iya, motor kangmas dan mobil Tahu Bulat Target berpapasan tapi berlawanan arah.
mungkin belum rejeki.

sejak itu (masih) pengen Tahu Bulat.

Tahu Bulat.

Alhamdulillah.
Masih rejeki :)

-sedang menikmati Tahu Bulat. :)

2nd Segment. Accomodation Preparation

Yep.
Accomodation. Flight ticket and hotel reservation. you'll need it. especially if the immigration officers you got is luckily soo interested in how long you're staying, where you're staying, why you choose those place, and what are you gonna do during your visit.

a printed Flight Ticket and Hotel Reservation is a MUST.
and you have to bring it with you. or maybe you could just passed the immigration just by saying.'oh, my friend have it all with her. there, she is! oh, she's out!'
but that was scary. don't try that. just bring your own copy. trust me. it was scary. or maybe because it was my first time going overseas, but i suggest you to be prepared. won't hurt.

so, there are some sites that offers a non cancellation fee- room reservation.
once you found the one you liked and the location is good, booked it, print it, and then cancelled it.
well of course that is IF you are not gonna use that reservation.
if you're gonna use it anyway then use it.

as for me, why i chose the book-print-cancel method was because i was planning to stay in Manga cafe.
and staying in Manga Cafe doesn't looked good in imigration, does it?
and i don't know how to reserve a manga cafe. i don't believe you can reserve a manga cafe-room. hm.

so, after you secure your way out of the immigration, now you have to planned your place to sleep.
if you're not on a tight budget then just sleep in a hotel. you don't need me anyway. hiks.

but if you're on a tight budget, then you might want to try my way. or you might inspired to find a cheaper accomodation.

our first night is totally free. except for food and drinks, of course.
why? because we stayed at Haneda Airport. and don't worry. you won't be alone. in fact, you need to secure your sleeping place before someone else slept on it. they also have a comfortable Prayer Room, and also pricey bathing place. so of course we ended up not taking a bath, lol.

my sleeping position

it was COLD.

Next. Manga Cafe.
yep. why?
because Japan is about them!! or one of it, at least. hehe
yeah, in Indonesia we also have a 24 hours - internet cafe, and i must admit, i used to sleep in it when i was still a uni student. so i guess i don't mind sleeping in another internet cafe. plus it's in Japan!!
well, after doing some research, i found out that Manga Cafe indeed is the cheapest accomodation in Japan. and they are also widely used, from a worker who didn't catch the last train, to backpacker tourist, it's one of the good choices. besides, you can find a manga cafe that actually clean, wide, and comfortable enough to catch some sleep with reasonable prices.
didn't believe me? try watching it here.
and so i begin my journey in finding an interesting manga cafe to sleeepp.
someone make a list here, and the most usefull sites i found is HERE. it gives you the manga cafe's location on a map, so you can easily see what's near them, and how far you should walk to the station or any other places.

so after going around and around we finally decided that we're gonna stay at:
http://manganet-kan.jp/
don't ask how we decided on it. it just took a lot of google translate. lol.

but then you see, nobody's perfect. i forgot what was the reason, but we changed our decision just as we get there. for one reason and another, we decided to stay in Shinjuku. and we loved it. we're not regretting anything by chosing that place.
yep, it was one of my most treasured moment, staying in Booth Net Cafe and Capsule.
why?
because we stayed there for 3 nights, 1 nights in their Net Cafe, just wide enough for two people my size to sleep, and the other 2 nights i spent in their Woman Only Capsule room.
it was awesome. they were so clean and neat, and they're using a magnetic cards, just like that one in Hotels, to get into the Woman Capsule Area.
thus, we forgot that we were sleeping right in the heart of Shinjuku's well known Red District. LOL.
yep. they located in Kabukicho, Shinjuku.
but i assure you, just go straight to this Booth Net Cafe & Capsule, and have a good night sleep!!
and you don't need google translate. they have an English web. :)

and the funny thing is, the 2 nights i spent there not in a row, but there's a one day gap between them.
but i got the same and exact room as my first capsule there.

just to prove that it's a real pic, not taken from internet, LOL

The Capsule Area

yep. woman only.

watch your head!!

the magnetic card tapping machine to open the woman only capsule area's door.
awesome, right?
oh yeah, you need to pay more if you're gonna take a bath, but other than that it's free. they even lent you a tab to browse in your capsule room. free wifi. free drinks. and they have electric socket inside the capsule.

trust me. this place is awesome. just forget about the red district-part. hahah

the fourth night was meant to spent at a Sleeping Train. we were planning to buy a NobiNobi Train ticket, first because it was cool, and second because we wouldn't find that kind of experience, thus we bought a JR Pass. if you have a JR Pass, the ticket for NobiNobi train would be free. otherwise, it's damn expensive. check out the awesomeness here.
but unfortunately, we can't get ANY reservation in those week we visit Japan. yep. it was sold out.

so, we have to spent a night in Osaka. actually, in Osaka we were planning to get into Hotel Toyo.
the reviews are unbelievably good, and the price's just right.
but unfortunately we can't get to reserved either because it was sold out too.
so, we spent a night in Shin-Imamiya Hostel.
just now.. i found out that Shin-Imamiya is also known as a dangerous place in Japan. ya Allah, Alhamdulillah You saved me, You took care of me.. >_<
here's the link for a review to shin imamiya location, but otherwise, it was a nice enough place to sleep.
luckily we were never loitering around there more than 9 PM, because we were tired.
it was near the station, and well, the bath and wifi are free. it has vending machine near the front desk.
we booked a two-bed room. rr. two-capsule-bed-room. it was cool.

so..
that's all for the accomodation.
note that don't forget to check the surrounding area. i mean, i even just realised that i spent all my nights but one, at dangerous places of Japan. wow. one thing for sure, i'm glad and feel blessed that nothing bad happened when i was there.
Alhamdulillah.

so, get your gear ready!
and get some preparation done!!!!!

Move On dong!!

Jadi ceritanya, My Eldest sister tiba-tiba nge-wa.
nanyain, nih tiga sodara ada foto bertiga ga ya?

well, honestly, foto bertiga bisa dihitung jari. 2 jari.
yap, seinget-inget cuma dua kali foto bertiganya. the most recent adalah 14 september 2010. atau itu lah tanggal yang tertera di album fb.

kenapa kami bertiga hanya cuma punya dua foto?

2010, saudara-saudara.

dan tiba-tiba saya sakit hati. sedih. pedih.
kemanaa ukuran baju saya zaman 2010??!!!!!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

'badanku duluuu tak beginiii... tapi kini ya apa dayaaaa...' *nyanyi
>_<

dulu, zaman 2010, waktu masih belum mengenal A*W, masa-masa makanan favorit masih lalapan jamur, masa-masa habis kewiraan (pushup lari senam dijabanin dah), masa-masa gak tiap weekend masakan padang, masa-masa ricis factory bahkan masih blueprint, iiisssh
tetiba susah move on.

issssh..
haruskah besok lari pagi???? *sruput chatime
haruskah??? *sruput chatime

sigh.

move on aja kali ya? yang lalu biarlah berlalu.

sigh.

*sruput chatime

Kerja Jangan Baper!

kerja ya kerja aja. seorang rekan lain juga pernah mengatakan, 'you got to do what you got to do.'

no matter how good you are, no matter how bad you are, people will always talk.

menolong orang meskipun bilangnya tidak berharap balasan apa-apa, tetap saja dilakukan karena it felt good. doing good things indeed felt good. itu apa kalau bukan imbalan?

This is How We Rock!

My Friend, U & I, we only have Just One Life.
so don't be a Liar, live to the fullest since it could be your Last Moment.

I wanted My World to be filled with Beautiful Days, Glory even. because I'm a Believer.
so I don't wanna put a limit to my Imagination. in this Winding Road we walked on, it surely can take us Far Away, but Someday, Somewhere, we'll find our Turning Point.

and we just had to Stand Up. Just Do It. we got to keep Moving On. be Strong. we are not 16 and Life is not as simple as it used to. never was, actually.

but, Come On! Why you Raise Your Hands? i know sometimes you just wanted to Reset. but.. just take a look. how far we've come from No Where, Now Here. we can Stay Together if you wanted to. i'm an EZ Going person, you see :)

if you noticed, even Just Like This, life is truly Beautiful. here, Stand By Me. it's raining a bit, but look over there! Niji*!! ah, there, look, look!! Ameagari ni Saku Hana**!!!

so, smile!! and we might as well Rockin' The World!! :D
